San Jose Tips

1. If you are a vegetarian, White Lotus is within walking distance of the Convention Center, on Market. Ambience definitely has something left to be desired, but the food was pretty good. You can order Kung Pao "chicken" and Sweet and Sour "pork" but everything is made with soy, TVP, or tempeh.
2. http://www.sanjose.org/ is a good Web site for the first-time visitor.
3. There are three major airports that serve the San Jose area, but the Mineta San Jose International Airport is the closest. The others are in San Francisco and Oakland.
