This is my first time attending KMWorld/Intranets. I attended APQC earlier this year.

I work for Medical Alliances and we are an outsourcing solution for hospitals and health systems who need support developing and running CoPs and knowledge transfer programs. Our two biggest clients are Ascension Health and Bon Secours Health System.

We use wikis in a variety of ways at Medical Alliances and are trying to get clients to realize their benefits, especially in the area of real-time online editing, but they are slow to change. What is your experience in non-healthcare industries?

I live in Patagonia, Arizona - 1 hour south of Tucson, 18 miles north of Mexico - but I am relocating to the south bay in January. I have a dog and 3 cats and live on 5 acres, so this change will be a big one for me.
